Remote work and meetings
We work from home and meet on Teams whenever the project allows. Travel is the exception, not the rule.
Cloud operations
We use Azure and Microsoft 365 rather than operating our own servers. Cloud services have an environmental footprint too; we do not treat them as automatically carbon-neutral. Our aim is to choose services that match actual needs.
Paperless
Contracts, invoices and documents are digital from start to finish.
Transport
We look for ways to avoid unnecessary travel and choose remote meetings when suitable. The circumstances of each visit determine how we travel.
Choice of suppliers
We aim to consider environmental impact when choosing services and suppliers. Supplier targets and commitments are not the same as measured results for Retric.
