XrmToolBox plugin to show web resource usage

A very simple plugin that displays all web resources from a Dynamics 365 organization. If you have a lots of web resources (solutions) in your Organization then the loading may take few minutes. This is a memory consuming plugin as it goes through all web resources to calculate their sizes.
